Ordering and Shipping
Currently international shipping is done via USPS or FedEx International and is included during the checkout process. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, the Carribean, United Kingdom, and Germany.
Orders purchased with USPS priority, FedEx or UPS can be tracked, and you will be emailed this tracking code after your purchase. You can use the code to track where your product is and the links to the USPS page to track it is provided in the email as well.
Shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process. It is based on your location and order quantity and weight.
Orders are shipped within two business days of order.
Check the tracking code that came in the email receipt of your purchase. You may use the link provided to find out where your product currently is. If you have other issues, please contact us.
If you are missing something please contact us immediately and we will ship it as soon as possible.

Return Policy
If you wish to return a product, please repackage it in the original packaging if possible, and mail it to our address listed on the contact page, with a note inside indicating you would like a refund. This is only valid if purchase was made within 30 days from your shipment date. See also Return Policy.

Our payments are handled via authorize.net so that security is taken well care of for your payments. That being said, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layers) in order to protect your connection from malicious third party access.
